I was kind of waiting for at least one little thing to be off, because that happens sometimes, but nope, everything was printed exactly the way I uploaded it. The sizes looked right, the colours were spot on, and I couldn’t find a single mistake. Really happy with how the whole order turned out

I used digitalprinting.co.uk and paid extra for the artwork proof because I wasnt totally sure my file was set up right.

They picked up a small issue with my margins and sent it back in a really clear way, so I knew exactly what to change. No back and forth or confusing emails, which was nice.

The print came out really well in the end. glad I got it checked first, it probably saved me wasting money on a bad batch.

"Easy enough to use, but I stayed cautious"
The website was easy to get around, and uploading my files went smoothly. It did take me a minute to find a couple of the options, but nothing too frustrating. I was hoping I wouldn’t need to deal with customer service because I never really trust that to go smoothly, but luckily I didn’t run into any major issues.

"Invoice was spot on, no surprises"
I ordered some leaflets and needed the invoice for our accounts, so I was mostly just hoping it would all line up without any fuss.

And yeah, it did. The amount matched exactly what I’d paid online, including the VAT and delivery, which was a relief because... chasing invoice bits is not how I wanted to spend my afternoon. The PDF was easy enough to find in my emails too.

I’m giving 4 stars only because it took me a minute to spot the order reference, but everything was correct in the end.

"Be Aware: Small Order Issue, But They Did Fix It"
Just a heads up for anyone ordering: my order did have a small issue at the start, which was frustrating. That said, the team did respond and got it sorted out quicker than I expected. The final prints turned out good and arrived fine in the end. It wasn’t a perfect experience from the beginning, so I’d say keep an eye on your order, but to be fair, they handled the problem well enough that I’d probably use them again

I was expecting the account setup on digitalprinting.co.uk to be a bit of a faff, but it was actually simple. The forms were easy enough to get through, and the confirmation email came through quickly. I did have to double-check a couple of details because they weren’t totally obvious at first, but that was the only minor thing. For what I needed, it was set up and ready to use within a few minutes, so I was happy with it overall.

I used digitalprinting.co.uk for some flyers and was pleased with the whole thing. What’s not to like when a print company actually makes the greener options easy to spot? I went with recycled paper and the finish still looked really good, not dull or cheap-looking at all.
The delivery turned up quickly, and the packaging was sensible too, which I always appreciate. Is it absolutely perfect? Maybe not, but it definitely feels like they’re making more of an effort than a lot of other print places.

I used Digital Printing for some flyers and uploaded a PDF I’d made in Canva. it was painless. No random errors, no faffing around, and the file went through fine. Relief.
I’m only knocking it down to 4 stars because I wasn’t 100% sure at first which file settings were best, so I ended up double-checking a few bits myself. Still, the compatibility was solid and the prints came out just how I expected. Happy.
